About The Role
This position offers a mix of independent case management and collaborative team support, with exposure to a wide range of litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Take and defend depositions (fact and expert witnesses)
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates
- Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and internal teams on case strategy
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- 1 year of civil litigation experience
- Experience in Massachusetts state and/or federal courts preferred
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
