Customer Service Coordinator | Permanent | Onsite – Portsmouth, NH Area

A growing organization is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join its collaborative team. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone with customer service or order entry experience who enjoys administrative support, email communication, and helping customers across multiple product lines.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Permanent opportunity
  • $22–$24/hr
  • Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Background check required

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and manage order entry accurately
  • Respond to high-volume email inquiries and provide customer support
  • Create invoices in QuickBooks
  • Maintain CRM and order management systems
  • Prepare quotes, pricing updates, and customer documentation
  • Handle inbound phone calls and serve as a primary point of contact for customers
  • Support reporting, data entry, and administrative functions
  • Resolve customer concerns and document quality issues

Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service, CSR, or order entry experience
  • Strong email communication and phone skills
  • QuickBooks or invoicing experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with interest in long-term growth
  • Comfortable multitasking across customer service and administrative priorities
