Schedule & Compensation
- Permanent opportunity
- $22–$24/hr
- Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Background check required
- Process customer orders and manage order entry accurately
- Respond to high-volume email inquiries and provide customer support
- Create invoices in QuickBooks
- Maintain CRM and order management systems
- Prepare quotes, pricing updates, and customer documentation
- Handle inbound phone calls and serve as a primary point of contact for customers
- Support reporting, data entry, and administrative functions
- Resolve customer concerns and document quality issues
- 1 year of customer service, CSR, or order entry experience
- Strong email communication and phone skills
- QuickBooks or invoicing experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with interest in long-term growth
- Comfortable multitasking across customer service and administrative priorities
