Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and service.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide product, service, and account information to customers.
- Assist with customer onboarding and education regarding company offerings.
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics and trends to management.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
