- Manage your own cases with support from experienced attorneys
- Draft legal documents like motions, discovery, and reports
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Communicate regularly with clients and keep them updated
- Work with partners and team members to build strong legal strategies
- A law degree and license to practice in Massachusetts
- 4–6 years of experience in civil litigation
- Good writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- A team player who is professional and reliable
