About The Opportunity
- Close partnership with the VP, Global Head of Medical Affairs
- Strategic, hands-on role with no initial direct reports
- Opportunity to shape Medical Affairs operations, metrics, and scalability
- Operationalize Medical Affairs strategy and track execution against objectives
- Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Own multi-million-dollar Medical Affairs budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking
- Lead vendor selection, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Medical, Clinical, Commercial, and Compliance
- Support Medical Affairs launch readiness and scientific conference execution
- Oversee non-promotional materials and internal review workflows
- Drive process improvement in a growing, global Medical Affairs organization
- 7 years of experience in Medical Affairs within pharma/biotech (MSL background strongly preferred)
- Small biotech experience required
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
- Direct, confident communicator comfortable operating in ambiguity and change
- Must be East Coast–based; Greater Boston area strongly preferred
