Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Leadership
- Build and grow relationships with key strategic clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Take a consultative approach to helping clients navigate business challenges and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment across teams and project goals.
- Lead and mentor Account Directors, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional development.
- Partner closely with strategy, creative, production, and operations teams to deliver exceptional work.
- Guide integrated teams in the execution of events, brand experiences, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Ensure projects maintain strategic clarity, creative excellence, and operational efficiency from concept through execution.
- Lead senior-level client presentations, proposals, and new business pitches.
- Manage the financial health of a portfolio of accounts, including forecasting, contracts, revenue planning, and profitability.
- Identify risks early and proactively address challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with leadership on long-term account planning and business growth strategies.
- Stay current on trends across experiential marketing, events, and integrated marketing strategies.
- Bring new ideas and insights to help clients innovate and evolve their marketing approach.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices within the client services team.
- 10–15 years of experience in an agency environment
- Strong background in experiential marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing programs
- Proven experience managing complex client accounts and cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
