📍 Biddeford, ME | 💼 Manufacturing Industry | 💵 $60,000–$65,000/year

🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Fully Onsite

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our collaborative and fast-paced HR team in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the HR department by performing a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that keep our team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive HR support to employees and leadership
• Coordinate new hire orientations and manage the HR inbox
• Support benefits administration including enrollments and qualifying events
• Manage leaves of absence (FMLA, STD, Workers Comp), track related payroll, and assist employees throughout the process
• Maintain employee records, training files, and organizational charts
• Support internal events and company-sponsored activities
• Generate reports and maintain data in our HRIS (ADP)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of administrative or HR-related experience
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP a plus
