What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, account updates, and service requests
- Document call details and account updates accurately within company systems
- Utilize multiple software platforms simultaneously while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Maintain professionalism and composure when handling escalated or challenging customer interactions
- Candidates from retail, hospitality, food service, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding service
