Responsibilities
- Manage corporate, commercial finance, and real estate transactions from inception to closing
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements and ancillary closing documents
- Assist with entity formations, governance matters, operating/shareholder agreements, board consents, and commercial contracts
- Conduct transaction due diligence: title review, title insurance, permitting, and land use matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on a broad range of transactional matters
- Maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active New Hampshire bar admission or pending admission
- 1–4 years of experience in corporate transactional law, commercial finance, and/or commercial real estate
- Drafting and negotiation skills related to corporate and real estate transactions
- Familiarity with corporate governance and ongoing business support matters a plus
