Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all employee relations activities, providing guidance on complex workplace issues and investigations.
- Drive staffing and recruiting strategies to support ongoing growth and talent acquisition needs.
- Own and optimize HRIS and HR technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small HR team.
- Serve as a trusted business partner to the C-suite, providing counsel on organizational, talent, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of HR management experience with direct supervisory responsibility of small teams.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, recruiting, HR operations, and HRIS management.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
