What You'll Do
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across marine equipment product lines
- Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, and channel strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Create compelling marketing content including product collateral, digital campaigns, trade show materials, and sales enablement tools
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform product strategy
- Manage and track campaign performance metrics, reporting on ROI and making data-driven recommendations
- Support dealer and distributor relationships through targeted marketing programs and co-op initiatives
- 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally within the marine, outdoor recreation, consumer products, or manufacturing industries
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies from concept through launch
- Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer messaging
- Experience working with dealers, distributors, or multi-channel sales environments a plus
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Passion for the marine or boating industry strongly preferred
- Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 depending on experience
