Key Responsibilities
- Make outreach regarding contact's accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Document all activities in our system with detailed notes
- Research and analyze account histories
- Meet or exceed metrics
- Generate reports
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Problem solving skills and ability to work independently
