Responsibilities
- Support estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters
- Prepare and manage wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, and related documents
- Assist with probate filings, trust administration, and tax-related filings
- Communicate with clients, fiduciaries, financial institutions, and advisors
- Track deadlines and maintain organized case files
- 3 years of Trusts & Estates Paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Excellent organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Paralegal certificate preferred
