We are partnering with an established law firm in the MetroWest/Greater Boston area to find an Attorney with 3-6 years of civil litigation to join their growing Employment Law team! This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, meaningful client interaction, and exposure to sophisticated matters. This firm focuses on Employment Law and are open to candidates from civil litigation backgrounds (insurance defense, personal injury, business litigation, etc.) who are interested in expanding into employment-related work.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload including employment disputes, contract matters, discrimination claims, wage & hour issues, and general civil litigation
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with increasing autonomy
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement discussions
- Maintain regular communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
- J.D. and active admission to the Massachusetts Bar
- 3–6 years of civil litigation experience (any civil background encouraged to apply)
- Interest in or exposure to employment law is a plus!
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
