Residential Real Estate Finance Paralegal
Quincy, MA | Full-Time | Primarily Onsite | $75,000–$100,000 Bonus
Our client is a growing commercial finance company specializing in commercial-purpose loans secured by residential real estate. The company handles a high volume of transactions and is seeking a Residential Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support the loan closing and transaction process from due diligence through post-closing.

Responsibilities
This is a newly created position offering the opportunity to become an integral part of the company's residential real estate lending and closing operation. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on residential real estate experience and be comfortable working across loan documentation, title and closing, due diligence, and post-closing matters.
Compensation: $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus

Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and coordination of loan and closing documentation for residential real estate transactions
- Review title commitments, title searches, surveys, and other property-related due diligence
- Coordinate with outside closing counsel, title companies, lenders, and other transaction parties
- Assist with HUD/settlement statements, title insurance, and closing requirements
- Track transactions and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain organized electronic transaction and closing files
- Assist with post-closing documentation and follow-up
- Support foreclosure, litigation, and other property-related legal matters as needed
- Assist with general corporate and administrative legal matters
- Work closely with company leadership and outside counsel to keep transactions moving efficiently
- 3 years of paralegal or legal support experience, with a strong preference for residential real estate experience
- Experience with residential real estate transactions, closings, title, lending, mortgages, or related work strongly preferred
- Familiarity with title commitments, settlement statements, title insurance, and closing documentation
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple transactions in a high-volume environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, title companies, lenders, and internal stakeholders
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned transactions
- Experience with Clio, Simplifile, or similar systems is a plus
