The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing HR experience, and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Human Resources functions
- Support workforce planning and growth
- Manage and develop an HR team
- Oversee high volume onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Payroll administration and HRIS management, including experience with payroll systems.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace regulations.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Manufacturing HR leadership experience (required).
- 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience with responsibility for multiple HR functions.
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, onboarding, payroll, and training.
- Experience leading and developing HR staff.
- Knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.
