Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pleadings, motions, demand packages, settlement documents, and legal correspondence
- Manage case files from inception through trial or settlement
- Coordinate medical records, evidence collection, and expert scheduling
- Assist with discovery, document organization, and trial preparation
- File and serve legal documents in State and Federal Courts (including e-filing systems)
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- 4 years of law firm litigation experience
- Experience managing plaintiff-side civil files preferred
- Strong understanding of NH court rules and discovery deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic case management systems
