- Location: Portsmouth, NH (fully onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 7:00am–6:00pm (rotating) 1 Saturday/month (short remote shift provided during week)
- Pay: $20/hour monthly bonus potential upon permanent hire
- Type: Temp-to-perm
- Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding service requests, billing inquiries, and issue resolution
- Provide professional and efficient customer service, including managing escalated or upset customers
- Accurately document call details and update customer accounts in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to support customer needs
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or food service)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or GED
