Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development.
- Draft and negotiate key transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and more.
- Conduct comprehensive title reviews, due diligence, and zoning analysis.
- Represent clients during real estate closings and financing transactions.
- Collaborate closely with lenders, developers, businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Provide expert legal counsel on land use, permitting, and regulatory compliance matters.
- 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
- Active Massachusetts bar license required.
- Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and transactional work.
- Strong experience in title review, zoning, and land use matters preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
