Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
- Handle construction and permanent financings for lenders and borrowers.
- Structure and negotiate joint ventures and equity investments.
- Work on portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate funds.
- Manage entity formation and structuring for real estate deals.
- Engage in transactions involving residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land assets.
Qualifications
- 3β5 years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Strong background in acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures.
- Familiarity with REITs, funds, and portfolio transactions.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
