🔍 Role Overview
The BD Manager will partner closely with attorneys to develop and execute business development strategies, strengthen client relationships, oversee RFP processes, manage budgets, support lateral integration, and lead BD team members. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, offering high visibility within the practice.

- CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
💼 Compensation
$148,000–$189,000 base salary (dependent on experience and location) discretionary bonus full benefits package.
