Audit Senior Associate
Location: Chapel Hill, NC (Regional Remote Option Available)
Salary Range: $105,000 – $110,000 (Up to $120,000 for Manager-level candidates)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate with a strong background in auto dealership audits to join our team. This role offers flexibility for local candidates and those within a 1–1.5 hour commute of Chapel Hill, NC. Remote/hybrid arrangements are available, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits for auto dealership clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and related reports.
- Identify and resolve accounting issues, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality audit services.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of audit experience specifically in auto dealership audits (required).
- CPA license or active progress toward certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.
Work Arrangement
- Local candidates preferred, but remote/hybrid work is available for those within a 1–1.5 hour commute.
- Occasional travel to client sites required.
Compensation
- Senior Associate: $105,000 – $110,000
- Manager-level candidates: Up to $120,000
