Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite – 5 days per week)

Compensation: Up to $70,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

The firm is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal with 5 years of experience to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Prepare and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination.
• Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of Maryland civil procedure and personal injury litigation.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
