About the Opportunity
I am partnering with a top CPA and professional services firm that is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for its financial services practice, including audit, tax, and client advisory solutions. This is a key position for the Bellevue office, serving as the primary BD contact locally while collaborating with a national BD team of approximately 25 professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities across accounting, tax, and advisory services.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives and financial leaders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions.
- Partner with internal leadership and client service teams to deliver a cohesive sales approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging CRM tools and enterprise sales programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales or business development experience.
- Background in professional services or CPA firms (current or prior).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a consultative environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
