Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication by answering and directing incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and service visits to optimize workflow
- Maintain organized documentation and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff members
- Oversee email correspondence, ensuring all inquiries are addressed swiftly
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy
- Track and manage job costs, prepare invoices, and monitor payment statuses
- Contribute to month-end closing procedures, including bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Utilize scheduling and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks effectively
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field within a trade industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing processes
- Experience with job costing and project profitability analysis preferred
- Proficiency in accounting and scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
