What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper/Office Manager position at Sunrise Learning Academy?
Sunrise Learning Academy is a chain of three Daycare Centers. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. The majority of the work can be performed remotely, occasional on site meetings are required. Averages 20 -25 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking weekly tuition from all three schools consisting of 250 students.
- Monthly reconciliation of seven bank accounts and three credit card statements.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports in a timely manner.
- Accounts payables and receivables.
- Prepare year end financial reports and submit to Accountant.
- Perform other office related as assigned by management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
