Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (event management, business, marketing, etc.)
- 7 years of experience in event and meeting management or production
- Experience in managing large-scale complex events
- Proven team management experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel 40-60 days annually for program execution, site visits, and client visits
