Collaborate closely with a talented squad and the Test Automation Working Group to develop, maintain, and refine testing code that embodies best practices, ensuring consistency and quality. Follow a flexible hybrid work schedule with in-office days on Tuesday through Thursday, and remote options on Monday and Friday.
Your expertise will drive key testing practices such as test case management, defect tracking, manual testing, and the development of automated tests that meet both organizational and domain-specific standards. You'll craft and review test scripts, strengthen automated frameworks, and contribute to internal testing standards. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll design tests, understand technical and business requirements, and support seamless release processes to deliver high-quality software solutions.
What Skills Will Elevate Your Success:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with test design techniques that optimize data quality.
- Show proficiency in testing web-based applications and/or ETL technologies.
- Be skilled in programming with Python and/or Java, with familiarity in pytest preferred.
- Use version control systems effectively to manage test code changes.
- Possess foundational knowledge of PostgreSQL and CI/CD pipelines.
- Create automation scripts to streamline test execution processes.
- Understand Agile development practices, especially Scrum methodologies.
