Job Description:
- Pay: $42 - 47.59/hr (W2)
- Fully remote role (full-time, 40 hours/week with standard 9AM - 5PM hours)
- 8-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and continued need
- You will own end-to-end onboarding for regional merchants, ensuring a smooth launch and successful first 30 days on the clients’ platform
- You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and integration partners, maintaining strong external relationships
- You will track progress across onboarding workflows, resolve blockers, and coordinate with internal teams (Catalog, integration partners, etc.)
- You will participate in recurring calls with partners to review pipeline status and outstanding tasks
- 1 - 2 years of experience in project management or customer success (client-facing experience required)
- Strong experience with customer onboarding and account coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce experience preferred
