About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on building strong talent pipelines for plant-based and industrial positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary sourcing expert for manufacturing and skilled trades roles
- Partner onsite with plant leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, local outreach)
- Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-priority and recurring roles
- Screen candidates for technical skills, safety awareness, reliability, and shift flexibility
- Support onsite interviews, hiring events, and plant tours
- Track candidate activity and pipeline metrics within the ATS
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health
- Participate in local hiring initiatives (career fairs, trade schools, workforce agencies)
- Continuously improve sourcing processes to meet hiring demands
Qualifications
- 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant environments
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (required)
- Proven success sourcing for hourly production, skilled trades, maintenance, or plant leadership roles
- Strong ATS and sourcing tool proficiency
- Ability to manage high-volume, urgent hiring needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
- Advanced Boolean search expertise
- Experience in union, multi-shift, or multi-site environments
- Familiarity with safety-sensitive roles and pre-employment requirements
