Required
- 3–5 years of experience in
- Project management
- Engineering coordination
- Product delivery
- Experience working with
- Developers and technical teams
- Strong understanding of
- Development workflows (Agile, sprints, etc.)
- Experience in game development, digital products, or platform environments
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience in remote teams
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (with coordination across teams)
- Participation in project and team meetings required
- Fully remote
- Experience managing technical and product delivery
- Exposure to cross-functional engineering and creative teams
