- Define and lead the educational product portfolio
- Books, workbooks, curriculum
- Educational tools and games
- Branded materials and merchandise
- Build a product roadmap aligned with mission and impact
- Oversee development of all educational content
- Ensure alignment across

- Educational standards

- Coordinate writers, designers, and subject matter experts

Required
- 5 years in product development, publishing, manufacturing, or operations
- Experience managing products from concept → distribution
- Strong understanding of
- Product strategy
- Supply chain / production
- Operational systems
- Educational publishing or curriculum experience
- Vendor and manufacturing management
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience working in remote environments
- 15–25 hours per week
- Executive-level engagement
- Fully remote
