- Volunteers (in collaboration with HR/Operations)
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment
- Design and implement engagement initiatives
- Virtual events
- Discussions and community conversations
- Interactive activities
- Drive engagement across
- Slack
- Social platforms
- Virtual community spaces
- Partner with program and event teams to
- Increase attendance
- Enhance participant experience
- Support community-facing events and follow-up engagement
- Work with Social Media Manager to
- Convert followers into active participants
- Engage meaningfully with audiences
- Ensure consistency between social presence and community experience

Required
- 2–4 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, or program coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience engaging with diverse audiences
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
- Experience managing online communities
- Experience supporting events or programs
- Experience in remote or distributed teams
- 8–12 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (with responsiveness to community interactions)
- Participation in engagement activities and coordination required
- Fully remote
- Experience building and scaling a community
