How You Will Make An Impact
- Translate field notes and site visits into comprehensive scopes of work to ensure project clarity.
- Develop detailed estimates and proposals in direct coordination with leadership and key vendors.
- Manage the full proposal lifecycle, including submission, tracking, and proactive customer follow-up.
- Synchronize efforts across internal divisions—including Electrical and Fire Life Safety—for multi-trade projects.
- Optimize field efficiency by pre-staging job records and assigning crews based on geography and priority.
- Verify that all materials, vendors, and internal resources are fully prepared prior to technician dispatch.
- Captured additional work opportunities and change conditions during job closeout to maximize project value.
- 3 years of experience in construction, mechanical services, or project coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mechanical estimating, scheduling, or service coordination background.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills to bridge the gap between field teams and customers.
- Valid driver's license for travel to customer sites as needed.
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical service environments.
- Familiarity with service platforms such as FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, or ServiceChannel.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting architectural diagrams and technical drawings.
- Previous experience working with commercial or multi-site clients.
