You will serve as a critical team member, driving the successful execution of warehouse and logistics operations. This role allows you to optimize inventory accuracy and prepare vital materials for nationwide commercial projects. How You Will Make An Impact
- Receive incoming materials and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling methods.
- Inspect incoming shipments and verify material condition and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Enter inventory data accurately into ERP tracking systems following established company procedures.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain absolute asset precision.
- Prepare and verify outbound materials and equipment for safe transportation to commercial job sites.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety policies.
- Support field operations by identifying inventory shortages and communicating replenishment needs early.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse, inventory, supply chain, or related experience.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate company box trucks.
- Experience operating forklifts or the ability to immediately obtain certification.
- Comfort using computer-based inventory tracking systems and ERP software platforms.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, bending, and extended standing.
- Possession of an active OSHA 10 Certification or higher.
- Previous experience handling construction materials or working in an industrial warehouse.
- Experience supporting field operations, logistics, or commercial construction projects.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience performing routine small engine equipment maintenance.
