How You Will Make An Impact
- Direct daily commercial concrete cutting & coring, GPR scanning, firestop operations to ensure projects meet strict specifications.
- Enforce rigorous on-site safety protocols and compliance measures in alignment with OSHA guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor field crews to foster professional growth and instill pride in workmanship.
- Coordinate daily project schedules and material logistics to maintain efficient field timelines.
- Monitor real-time construction quality and step in to correct deficiencies before they impact budgets.
- Maintain clear communication between field personnel and executive leadership regarding project milestones.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the commercial concrete cutting & coring, GPR scanning, firestop field
- Proven ability to manage field operations, interpret blueprints, and handle site logistics.
- Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification with a strong track record of safety enforcement.
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality with the desire to grow into higher organizational roles.
- Prior experience conducting formal safety stand-downs or tool-box talks for trade crews.
- Completion of a formal concrete, masonry, or safety management training program.
