How You Will Make An Impact
- Organize the central warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency and accelerate field crew dispatch times.
- Maintain company fleet vehicles, specialized mixers, and mechanical tools to ensure minimal field downtime.
- Track incoming material shipments and verify counts against purchase orders to prevent inventory stockouts.
- Coordinate daily tool and equipment allocations for multiple active commercial job sites simultaneously.
- Diagnose routine mechanical issues on equipment to perform timely in-house repairs.
- Enforce strict structural cleanliness and organization standards across the shop floors and yard space.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse coordination, shop foreman, or equipment maintenance role.
- Strong practical mechanical aptitude with demonstrated success troubleshooting and repairing machinery or tools.
- Proven organizational talents with the ability to catalogue assets and streamline logistical workflows.
- Prior experience working within the commercial construction sectors.
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or skid steers.
- Stable weekly pay cycle with consistent daytime hours.
