How You Will Make An Impact
- Oversee and manage daily field operations, ensuring technicians complete job tickets on schedule and within budget.
- Mentor and guide service technicians and apprentices through hands-on technical training and coaching.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and commercial plumbing codes.
- Resolve real-time technical and logistical challenges on-site to minimize client downtime.
- Manage material sourcing and supply ordering to keep field projects operating efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication channels between field teams, dispatchers, and commercial clients.
- Participate in the leadership rotation to dispatch and support on-call technicians during urgent situations.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in commercial plumbing service and installations.
- Proven background leading field crews, managing job tickets, and coordinating project logistics.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills across complex commercial plumbing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, and field management applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Active Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Graduation from an accredited trade program or technical certification program.
- Prior experience managing on-call rotations and dispatch workflows.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 plus performance bonus potential.
