The Human Resources Rep II role focuses on managing employee data transactions, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance across multiple HR systems. This position supports HR operations by conducting data audits, generating reports, and driving process improvements. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee data transactions, including new hires, terminations, leave dates, and job changes
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors
- Maintain data consistency across multiple HR systems
- Collaborate with HR teams to address data gaps and support training
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement changes and measure impact
- Generate reports and complete templates using HR systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate with peers and the team lead to resolve data issues and manage escalations
- Stay current on HR policies and update knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 2 years processing data transactions
- 2 years experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Technical savviness with HR systems including Workday, ADP, and others
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, or other HR systems
- Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
- Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions
