Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Employee Relations Coordinator provides employment related guidance to employees and fosters a positive work environment. This position involves working with HR management to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
- Expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment
- Understanding and application of HR Policies along with current employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Professional HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage confidential information responsibly
