Senior UX Designer who partners with product, engineering, and stakeholders to design and iterate digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and drive user adoption across web and mobile solutions. Leverages research, prototyping, and design systems to solve complex problems in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences that solve customer problems
- Develop wireframes, task flows, and prototypes in Figma, Figjam, and Miro
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create personas, journey maps, and interaction models
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive software
- Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to cross‑functional teams
- Ensure designs are responsive across devices and screen sizes
- Maintain and evolve robust design systems
- Apply usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design best practices
- Facilitate agile development workflows and provide design input during sprint planning
- Present and iterate on concepts based on stakeholder feedback
- Manage design documentation and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
- 8 years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio of web application projects demonstrating role and process
- Proficiency in Figma, Figjam, and Miro
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile/SAFE environments
Preferred Skills
- Financial Services background preferred
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript/React is a plus
- Experience with robust design systems
- Familiarity with user research tools and project management tools
