Are you passionate about building scalable, enterprise‑level Salesforce solutions and driving real business impact? We’re looking for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help design, optimize, and evolve a complex Salesforce ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
🔧 Design & Architect complex Salesforce solutions using custom objects, advanced automation (Flow, Apex triggers), integrations, and scalable data models
🔐 Own Security & Governance by architecting role hierarchies, sharing rules, permission sets, field‑level security, and conducting regular security audits
📊 Lead Data Governance efforts including data quality standards, migrations, archival strategies, and compliance (GDPR, internal policies)
📈 Deliver Advanced Analytics by building dashboards, reports, and CRM Analytics (Einstein) solutions and partnering with BI teams (Tableau/Power BI)
🔗 Manage Integrations with MuleSoft and middleware to connect Salesforce with ERP, CPQ, marketing, and enterprise platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
🧑 🏫 Mentor & Guide junior admins and developers through technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices
🚢 Own Releases & DevOps including sandbox strategy, testing coordination, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments
📚 Enable Users through training, documentation, and self‑service resources that drive adoption
🤝 Partner with Vendors & Stakeholders to evaluate AppExchange solutions and manage implementations
💡 Innovate Continuously by staying ahead of Salesforce features, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies
✅ What You Bring
✅ 7 years of Salesforce Administration / Architecture experience
✅ Proven success leading large‑scale Salesforce implementations or transformations
✅ Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Field Service
✅ Expert knowledge of Flow, security models, data management, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL
✅ Salesforce Platform Administrator & Platform Administrator II certifications
✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to architect scalable, resilient solutions
✅ Executive‑level communication skills and comfort working with C‑level stakeholders
✅ Thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments while balancing multiple priorities
✅ Passion for continuous learning and active participation in the Salesforce community

✨ Additional certifications (Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer)
