What You’ll Do
As Manager of Engineering, you will serve as a key leader within our manufacturing organization, responsible for driving engineering excellence and enabling operational success.
Strategic Leadership
- Lead and direct all engineering functions, aligning initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives
- Develop and execute engineering roadmaps that enhance production capability, efficiency, and scalability
Capital & Transformation Projects
- Spearhead facility expansions, equipment upgrades, and capacity enhancement initiatives
- Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies that modernize operations and improve competitiveness
- Lead capital investment planning and project execution with strong ROI focus
Operational Excellence
- Partner closely with operations to support day-to-day manufacturing performance
- Identify and resolve complex production challenges in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, analytics, and industry best practices
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or technical functions preferred
Technical & Business Acumen
- Deep knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industrial systems
- Proven success leading capital projects, process improvements, and technology implementations
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, cost drivers, and financial performance

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results
