From day one, this individual will be expected to assess our existing Salesforce environment, identify technical debt and architectural limitations, and develop a strategic roadmap for rebuilding and modernizing key Salesforce processes and systems. The goal is to remove existing build constraints, improve scalability, simplify administration, and create a platform that can support future business growth and innovation.
The Salesforce Administrator is a hands-on, highly motivated professional who is eager to make an impact and continuously improve the business through technology. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, enhancement, and optimization of the Salesforce platform while serving as a trusted partner to sales, service, marketing, operations, and IT teams.

Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security settings, custom objects, fields, and workflow/process automation.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining Validation Rules to enforce business logic and data quality.
- Experience designing and managing Reports and Dashboards to support analytics, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and interpreting data for insights.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and training users.
- Experience with data management practices, including data imports, data cleansing, and maintaining data integrity.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
- Prior experience supporting financial services or equipment finance environments is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, manage multiple priorities, and deliver on deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
