PROCESS ENGINEER – ROLL MILL

🔍 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔧 Develop and refine process formulations, methods, and controls to meet stringent quality standards.
📈 Recommend and implement improvements, modifications, and documentation to enhance product and process performance.
📅 Review product requirements to ensure compatibility with processing methods, determining cost and scheduling impacts.
🧠 Lead the analysis of key process metrics, identifying root causes of issues and delivering effective, long-term solutions.
🎯 Drive the implementation of actions, strategies, and measurements aligned with operational goals and objectives.
🛡️ Champion strategies for health, safety, and environmental matters while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
🤝 Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process challenges.
💼 Evaluate vendor proposals for new or upgraded production and processing equipment as needed.
📝 Take on special projects and additional duties as assigned.
🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is required (preferred fields: Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials Science, or Metallurgy).
🔩 At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on engineering support role.
📚 Strong working knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
📐 Experience using SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
📊 Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and understanding manufacturing workflows.
📌 Organized, decisive, and able to prioritize tasks to manage multiple workstreams efficiently.
