Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality enhancement.
- Design and implement equipment layouts and safety protocols.
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks in processes.
- Develop and refine process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with operation engineers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Utilize 2D and 3D modeling software to design and improve process layouts and equipment.
- Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with quality review frameworks (QRF).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of equipment safety standards and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with equipment layout design and optimization.
- Familiarity with QRF and FMEA methodologies.
- Skilled in 2D and 3D modeling software.
