Project Manager - (Petroleum Construction)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee petroleum construction projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, client relationships, subcontractors, and field operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage petroleum construction projects, including fuel systems, gas stations, convenience stores, and environmental projects.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits and oversee project progress.
• Manage subcontractors and resolve project-related issues.
• Prepare project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Project management experience in petroleum construction, fuel systems, environmental construction, or related industries.
• Experience managing underground and above-ground fuel storage tank projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with petroleum fueling systems and environmental remediation projects.
• OSHA safety training or relevant certifications.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations.
