Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead company-wide safety, compliance, and training initiatives within a construction/HVAC services environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting site audits, managing training, and promoting a strong safety culture across multiple job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety and compliance programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and construction industry safety regulations.
• Conduct job site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead employee safety training, certifications, and ongoing development programs.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, training records, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with operations, project managers, and field teams to improve workplace safety.
• Travel to project sites to support safety initiatives and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of safety management experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance.
• OSHA 501/510, CSP, or ASP certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience conducting safety training, audits, and incident investigations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety documentation systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 45–55%, including overnight travel.
