Key Responsibilities
- Inspect low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems.
- Assess roof conditions and identify damage or maintenance needs.
- Document findings with photos and digital reporting tools.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports.

- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience inspecting commercial and residential roofing systems.
- Knowledge of roofing membranes, insulation, flashings, and drainage systems.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred.
