What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roof Inspector position at Green Oak Exteriors?
Looking for an experienced roof inspector that can come on as a full time salary employee. Would have to be available to do inspections during daylight hours on Monday through Saturday. The inspections will be scheduled at flexible time windows and list will be submitted to you daily. The location of inspections would be located in northern virginia and as south as fredericksburg and up through Maryland. We need somone that is haag certified or is willing to go get certified to be able to identify storm damage properly. If you are not haag certified we can help you through enrolling to get it completed. Need to be extremely reliable and the ability to always show up for scheduled inspections. Looking for an average of 6 inspections a day if needed. We have a software that you will be linked to so you can upload all inspection photos and reports real time that we can access when needed. If you are looking for something full time and solid we would love to hear from you. Insurance is required to get on customers roofs. Will have to be open to criminal background check and periodic drug testing in order for employement. Also, you will need your own truck along with a valid drivers license. Salary is $6000 per month.
